We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not happy with your Moroccanoil products, we offer free returns on all orders within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process.

  Print Your Prepaid Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download the prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, attach the shipping label, and drop the parcel at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
